Existing Clients ONLY: Trademark Call

Service Description

Existing Clients may use this tool to schedule a call with Attorney Tolbert for matters concerning their existing Trademark case file. In order to speak with Attorney Tolbert regarding new or additional services, please either give our office a call if you have a quick question, or schedule a Consultation using one of the other booking options for calls that will require the answers/discussions to multiple questions, issues, or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Booking a Consultation or Service does not automatically establish an attorney/client privilege. Scott Tolbert does not accept a new client without first investigating for possible conflicts of interests and obtaining a signed engagement letter. In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Consultation fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Consultations may be rescheduled. Consultation fees (if any) are applied to the service if the Client moves forward with the service on the same day as the scheduled consultation.
